Information we collect
When you visit Real Seoul Daily (blog.money10000.com), we may collect basic technical information automatically — browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, pages visited, and referring URL. This is standard log data used to understand which posts are useful and to keep the site working.
If you contact us by email or subscribe to a newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and use it only for the purpose you provided it (replying to your message, sending the newsletter).
Cookies
We use cookies for two purposes:
- Analytics — to understand visitor patterns (Google Analytics or similar). These cookies do not personally identify you.
- Advertising — Google AdSense and possibly other ad networks may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work.
Third-party services
This site may use the following third-party services that have their own privacy practices:
- Google Analytics
- Google AdSense
- Pinterest (we operate a Pinterest business account and use the Pinterest API to schedule pins — see section below)
- Affiliate networks (clearly marked when used)
- Email newsletter service (e.g., ConvertKit or Mailchimp)
Affiliate disclosure
Some posts contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to products we actually use or have honestly reviewed.
Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal data we have about you (typically just an email address if you've contacted us) by emailing kanbaroo@gmail.com.
Pinterest integration (for our automated pin scheduler)
Real Seoul Daily operates an in-house automated pin scheduler that connects to the Pinterest API to publish blog content to our own Pinterest boards. This integration is operated solely by us — readers of this blog are not asked to authorize anything, and no reader data flows to Pinterest as part of this integration.
When our scheduler connects to the Pinterest API, it accesses only the following Pinterest data, all belonging to our own Pinterest business account:
- Our own Pinterest board names and IDs (so the scheduler publishes pins to the correct board)
- Our own Pinterest user account display name (for confirmation in the scheduler logs)
- Pin metadata of pins we publish ourselves (to track and update them)
We do not:
- Access or store any Pinterest data belonging to readers, followers, or other Pinterest users
- Sell, share, or transfer Pinterest data to third parties
- Use Pinterest data for any purpose other than scheduling pins that promote Real Seoul Daily blog content
- Retain Pinterest API access tokens beyond what is required to operate the scheduler
Pin data is stored only in our private operational logs. Public visibility is limited to the pins we choose to publish on Pinterest in the normal course of running our account.
You can review or revoke our app's connection at any time from your own Pinterest Settings → Apps and websites.
